Our marketing associates are responsible for informing homeowners about their opportunity to eliminate their electric bill with our new zero money down solar program. THIS IS NOT A SALES position because we don’t SELL anything! Solar sells itself to homeowners, it either makes sense or it doesn’t. You will be responsible to explain to them why having a consultation can benefit them and save them money.

Responsibilities:
• Speak to homeowners to qualify them for solar
• Set appointments for Solar Consultants to meet with potential customers in their homes
• Record and track all interactions in CRM
• Administrative support including filing, organization, answering and routing phone calls

Requirements:
• Job requires evening & or weekend hours after training
• 1 to 3 years of phone experience required
• Experience working in customer service environment

·          MUST have reliable transportation

·          -Wiling to ASSIST when needed

·          -Data collection and ordering

·          -Past call center or customer service experience a plus!

Qualifications:
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Completely tech savvy
• Highly organized with the ability to work independently on multiple tasks
• Must have outstanding attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office programs is required
• CRM experience a plus

Compensation: $12/hour Plus Payment For Appointments Set and Deal Closes

Time: Full Time: 11:30-8PM M-F and 10:00 Am-6:00 PM Saturday
